The design-build process allows Pueblo to work with the project owner under one contract until completion. This method also provides guaranteed fast delivery, reduced costs, low risk and overall high quality. Pueblo’s design-build services include, but aren’t limited to, HVAC design services, custom unitary change-outs, duct and piping design, plumbing design services, central plant construction, and targeted kw/h reduction plans.
Pueblo’s team is trained and equipped to perform major and minor repairs, rebuilds, teardowns, and retrofits on all types of equipment. We have built a reputation for technical expertise and effective program management. Pueblo can be your one trusted source for mechanical design services, as we also hold a B-01 General Contractors License. This allows Pueblo to perform electrical, plumbing, roofing, rigging, and much more, if the job requires.
We leverage Building Information Modeling, or BIM, to create efficiencies during a project. Offering a digital representation of a building’s physical and functional characteristics, BIM gives our design-build teams the ability to configure 3D scans of proposed installations to alleviate wasted time and money. Knowing where obstacles can surface enables everyone on a project to make more informed decisions faster.
