Tricolor Auto, a well-established automotive services provider with multiple locations across the Southwestern U.S., required plumbing support for its expansive 266,240-square-foot facility—completed in phases during 2023 and 2024. Central to the project was the need for a sophisticated compressed air line system, including line drops to multiple vehicle lift stations throughout the space. A fast-paced construction schedule added further complexity.
