As subcontractor on this project we completed a large tenant improvement project that included installing 50 Water Source Heat Pumps, three CRAC units and duct detectors. In addition to the equipment being installed, our solution included installing condenser water piping, ductwork and condensate drains associated with this improvement project. In addition, our project team was tasked with managing the controls contractor and being a part of the commission team to finalize the project.
