Within eight buildings on the campus of North High School, we replaced and installed Energy Management systems and the accompanying mechanical equipment to achieve optimal learning conditions for the students and faculty. From the Liberal Arts building to the Central Plant to the Stadium-Lockers-ROTC facility to the Old Gym, North Gym, Performing Arts building, Arts and Science building, and finally, the Administration Building, we performed upgrades to the outdated mechanical systems. The project involved installing large chilled-water air handlers, DX units, exhaust fans and fan coil units, along with handling certain insulation and isolation valve replacements.
